Global GS Series Parers
Global knives are favored by many chefs and for good reason. They are made from Moly/Vanadium stainless steel, ice tempered to RC56-58 making the edges harder than European kitchen knives and able to hold an edge longer. GS7 has a 4" straight profile blade, GS8 is a 3" bird beak peeler and GS38 has a 3 1/2" Western style paring blade. Choose model below:
