The Avant Garde Forged Series kitchen knives are made in Asia from high quality German Molybdenum/Vanadium
high carbon stainless steel. The knives are fully forged and equipped with ergonomic composition handles. The design incorporates half bolsters which provide proper
heft and balance without getting in the way of sharpening and maintaining the blade.
The result is cutlery with the quality and performance of products made in Europe but at a
much lower price.
Each knife includes an edge protector.
